Dr Peter Finigan
Dr Peter Finigan MB ChB MRCGP DRCOG MEWI is a graduate of Liverpool Medical School which included an elective period of study E.R. at The Mayo Clinic in America. Following a career in Hospital Medicine including several surgical specialities, working in and around the northwest, he became a Principal and Trainer in an established Medical Practice. Dr Finigan is highly experience in minor surgical procedures and therapeutic injections. He has performed these procedures on a regular basis for 19 years since qualification providing the ideal platform for his role at the Dr Newman Clinic.
Dr Finigan is also a founding partner in The Stamford Clinic, a provider of medical resource to the legal sector and insurers in Manchester and Liverpool. Other positions include; Member of The Expert Witness Institute and Fellow of The Royal Society of Medicine. He is often asked to provide expert opinion in medical negligence cases, and has previous court experience.
Peter is married to another doctor. They both enjoy travel, and skiing, with their two children.
