Everyone has different pain thresholds so what may seem totally painless for some can be a bit painful for others. Our patients have informed us that thermocoagulation treatment is like having a hair pulled out, and is far less painful than laser or IPL treatments. Leg conditions may require sclerotherapy, where a saline solution is injected into the veins and light pressure dressings are applied, this is very well tolerated.
