Your Primary Appointment

Following your telephone consultation with our patient care team, the first step will be to get you booked in for your primary appointment with one of our vascular GPs.

During your initial primary appointment, our doctor will do a thorough review of your skin to understand what your individual needs are. This assesses not just your thread veins but also any other co-existing skin conditions (such as rosacea, pigmentation, skin redness or acne) that might impact your existing thread veins or your journey to a vein-free life.

This primary appointment is an important step in determining what your treatment plan will look like and how many treatments you require. Your doctor will talk you through the number of treatments you need to get the results you’re after and will also conduct your first thread vein treatment in this session.

After your appointment, a member of our patient care team will be in touch with you to see how your diagnostic appointment went, and help you schedule in the remaining sessions based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Your skincare regime with GetHarley

All patients receive complimentary medical grade skincare regimes as part of their primary appointment, so when you visit the doctor they will discuss products with you for post-treatment. After your appointment with the doctor you will be sent a link via email and WhatsApp from our secure patient portal; GetHarley. On this portal you can:

1) Review products on the link and reply to GetHarley directly with any questions you have
2) Receive step-by-step instructions for application of products once you place an order
3) Get reminders when your products are about to run out so you can repurchase with a click of a button
